Ajay Kumar Agarwal

Ajay Kumar Agarwal is the senior most partner of the firm. He qualified in 1985 and founded the firm in 1986. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Before joining the practice he has worked for corporations like CAG, DLF & Corporation Bank.
He has vast experience of more than 30 years in Taxation, Auditing, Financial and Management Consultancy with a specialization in Corporate Advisory Services, Project Financing/Governance, Corporate Laws and Management Consultancy having expertise in the areas of Consultancy to Foreign companies, Non Resident Indians and Joint Ventures. He has advised and represented leading multinational and transnational players in the Power Industry, on complex issues such as representations of cases at the assessment to the appellate stage (ITAT), advisory on mitigating the impact of Income tax at both the Corporate as well as the Expatriate level. Over his vast professional life span he has been setting new benchmarks and achieving new milestones in client service and delivery.

Saurabh Agarwal

Saurabh Agarwal is a partner in the firm and heads the audit and service tax practice. He has been working in the firm since January 2009. He qualified in 2012 and joined the firm as partner in 2013. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He is a diploma holder in the field of Information Systems Audit (ICAI). He has also successfully done the certificate course of concurrent audit of banks (ICAI) and also certificate course of cooperative societies.
Saurabh leads teams on statutory audits, internal audits and special advisory assignments and specializes in internal audit of Power divisions, consumer goods, manufacturing sectors and banking sector. He possesses rich experience in the field of Auditing and Assurance Services, Corporate Law Practice and Service Tax and has advised all type of clients in his field of expertise.

Vasudha Aggarwal

Vasudha Aggarwal is a partner in the firm and heads the corporate tax practice. She qualified in 2011 and joined the firm as partner in 2013. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Prior to joining the Firm as a Partner she has also worked with multinational companies at various levels.
She has considerable experience in the corporate tax areas, as well as in the regulatory and policy matters. She has advised number of international and domestic companies on a range of tax and regulatory issues.
